- Free Blitz-Retreat on April 28 & 29 Register Here
The free online retreat aims to offer what years of fragmented self-help can not: a clear, integrated path to lasting stability.

The Paradox of Self-Help
We are told that self-regulation is a matter of willpower, of assembling the right tools: a morning routine here, a breathing exercise there, a supplement, a protocol. But for most who have tried this, eventually there comes a reckoning: Random tools accumulated, and their relief is no longer proportional to the effort. All the routines and techniques™ have become another burden.
The promise of stability remains just out of reach, and -worse- can be perceived as a personal failure. But in reality that is the inevitable outcome of a model that asks us to heal in isolation, to stitch together our well-being from fragments stripped of cultural context, nuance, expertise and depth. We learn through integration, yet we are sold the myth that healing is a solo project. And when we struggle, the conclusion drawn is we didn’t try enough. Not that the approach was structurally inadequate.
The Blitz-Retreat
is designed for those who are done piecing together well-being alone and from fragmented advice. You will learn to discern approaches that make it easier and honor the complexity of your situation and nervous system. We will move beyond random techniques™, into the heart of what can actually providedeep, lasting stability, relief and regulation.
In the two meetings of the retreat, I want to share – and demonstrate a glimpse – what actually works for lasting stability:
- Day 1: A talk on Lasting, Deep Stability – how to attain lasting regulation, with Q&A
- Day 2: A restorative deep regulation session- to get a glimpse and firsthand experience
Together, the two meetings are an invitation to find back to how regulation happens as a natural process, not a chore.
Background
In the talk, I share what helped me not only cope, but overcome trauma and attain stability, sanity, peace and balance of body-mind, although my nervous system had been conditioned for vigilance, defense, hardening, and compensation – and the environment (read: Schland) never stopped amplifiying this conditioning.
Since it so surprisingly helped me beyond what I thought is possible, I set out to learn the traditional method and became qualified in teaching it to people with similar situations and nervous systems. Back then, my life had been dominated by a theme that was aufgenötigt – forced upon me by circumstance: how to survive a hostile environment. It consumed much of my energy, to the point of multiple burnouts. Through the profound regulation I experienced, hostility gradually lost its grip. The newfound balance opened me to who I actually was, and allowed me to move towards that. (You will not automatically want to renounce; promise 🙂 )
I kept studying the latest neuroscience throughout, ever delighted that it affirms the traditional teachings in so many aspects. Over time I developed an integrative and replicable form of therapeutic interventions, and led these in India and Germany.
From Community Care to Public Availability
For years, these programs have been held for community veterans with systemic issues which they felt not being properly being addressed by the medical system. The interventions are structured, integrated, and have excellent success rates. Now I am opening the method to the public.
Registration is now open, seats are limited. Reserve your place here for a different line of thought, approach, and practice, on well being.
