Those who experience racism, marginalisation and exclusion need to approach nervous system regulation with extra care, as we tend to have different nervous system baselines and face more severe health consequences in case of destabilisation. This is why it is important to learn and practice in an environment that is safe, experienced and informed.
In this workshop, you will learn and practice different techniques to guide the nervous system in anxiety and emotional distress in a safe way. This workshop is in synergy with the workshop Staying Sane in a Politically Hostile Climate. Take both for best results and understanding (taking both is optional of course).
This workshop centres Black, Indigenous and Dalit People and People of Color. Planned are repeat dates for all people, for ADHD/ND as well as for LQBTQIA+ . If you would like this workshop for your community or group, or in German language, please get in touch to discuss together how you could organise it.
