To say that learning chanting has enriched my life would be an understatement. Today I understand and teach why it is unique as a spiritual practice suitable for all, and as a catalyst for self development. In the free / donation-based workshops, we cover how learning and practicing chanting has the capacity to change our life for the better, much including the relationship with ourselves.

“Mananāt trāyatē iti mantraḥ” – “That, learning and repeating of which one is protected from all miseries and bondage, is called mantra”, is the definition of the word mantra in Sanskrit.
Vedic chanting is one of the oldest intact oral traditions we know.
It is also an effective form of cognitive training. People who take up chanting often find their mental health and memory improving, their resilience growing, and their voice and expression becoming clearer and steadier overall.
Learning Chanting is an enjoyable way to mature one’s ego and clarity of self expression. It also is a particularly easy way to explore spirituality. Talent or a good singing voice are not required.
